About the White Habanero Hot Pepper Seed Pack
WHITE HABANERO HOT PEPPER | id:56678 | Certified Organic by Ecocert Canada | Annual | Open Pollinated
The White Habanero is a rare and unique variety of the classic Habanero pepper, with a pale white to yellowish appearance. It maintains the signature intense heat of the Habanero family, with a Scoville rating of around 100,000–350,000 SHU. The flavor is fruity and citrusy, often described as more floral and less bitter than other Habanero varieties. It is an excellent choice for adding heat to salsas, sauces, and marinades. The plant is compact, producing an abundance of small, wrinkled peppers that mature from white to yellow as they ripen.
