Native to Texas, with a mild cocoa scent has a close relative to Navajo Tea. Chocolate and yellow flowers are borne singly on green threadlike stems forming 16″ tufts of bloom. Suitable for borders, wild gardens, and cut flowers. Reach up to 16″ in height. Mix prettily with zinnia, Centaurea, or dwarf sunflowers in the border or container. Simply amazing-looking cut flowers. Planting tip: Seed stratification is required for 2-4 weeks. Sow seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost..
